This is based on a sketch done a couple of years ago as we were on our way to the water spring.  It was about 11:00 am, when the sun rises in January, and its light was reflected in the full moon which was setting over the mountains.  The moon, in turn, lit up a farther plateau, which is seen only when the lighting is right.  It was a magical scene – and this is what our world looks like now.
